I paid for elite membership on the last week of December. I am yet to receive any profiles per my preference which they promised me they would. I have been reaching out try to get their attention, they respond with we will get back in 2 days or 3 days, but never do. this has gone for far too long. before i enrolled, they mentioned that they will only take my money if they have at least 25 profiles per my preference. then they promised me that they had Canada profiles, but after I paid now they are telling me they dont have any. they dont respond, i am feeling completely dejected. i have all email and whatsapp chat proofs. some1 pls help Was this information helpful? Feb 11, 2022 Updated by Balakumar Krishnaswamy i have tried reaching their regional managers Sarada and Keshav Acharya. They either dont respond at all or their repsonse is aloof and insulting. They either have fever, or are travelling on business or something even more silly. To give you an example, I called Keshav Acharya at morning 9:30, he outright told me that he just woke up. attaching screenshot proofs.. i am having to reach out day and night and they say they will get back, but they dont even respond.. Keshav doesnt respond to emails also. he tells me he didnt see them. and hes supposed to be the head
