Our Elite Matrimony ID is EM210307, , , I am Nehru Rayaprolu father of Rayaprolu Srikanth. With my eyes totally shut, without going through Reviews or customer complaints, foolishly subscribed for Elite for his alliances. I have been renewing for Bharat Matrimony since more than 2 years . Not having come across unnecesirily I have enquired with Elite and fallen prey with false promises given by Elilte Matrimony Marketing guys. During first two weeks in February they did not send single profile. From Jan 20th to March 15th, they have sent hardly 10 profiles, which are not of quality as promised and some of them not relevant ie. Tamil Ayyengar, etc. Before taking subscriptionthey assured me to ensure not to repeat Bharat Matrimony Profiles which were already referred to me through Assistance Scheme and or searched by me. But deliberately they have again sent the same profiles in a customized format. The Team comprising of Mr. Venugopal, Ms. Satya Sarada ae smart. They can't be mistaken. They are doing their duty with of course sweet & convincing dialogues with no purpose served. I will be grateful to ELITE MATRIMONY management if 50% of the subscription ie Rs.20, 000 IS REFUNDED TO ME, at least I will have solace. Kindly consider my request and pay me half of the subscription for which I will be highly grateful to you.
