[Resolved] Elite Services — I am complaining for the fraud they do.

elite services located at 4th floor- shantikunj apt. nr newera circle, dhamlej veravel road, gujarat.

They provide you work for 8 days even you ask for part time work they will give you 1200 forms to fill in just 8 days it is as equal to full time work+ extra work hours and then they give to QC report after completing of the work in which it will told that you failed to attain 90% accuracy even you checked again and again while doing you work but they will provide you the wrong QC report so that they will not pay you and then they will ask you the money according to their contract and if you google their company's name it will not show any company with this particular address it's a complete fraud please take strick action against them because no company provide job to extract money the genuine company only provide job just to give money please take a strick action against them so they could not do the fraud with other people.

I am marking it as resolved because I know that these frauds can't do anything they only threaten people so that they could extract the money all the lawyers are also fake if i am not wrong then these are are a group of young college going people and i also wanted to thank all the officers of consumers complain bureau who are so active in their work and helping and guiding people.

Updated by The Shining Star They just made us to sign the contract by manipulating us after then they harass or blackmail us to give them money that they need they even don't give us the contract for prior reading they just cut, copy and paste the names of several people for doing the one work only. They should be behind bars because we don't know how many innocent and poor people are their they looted. I request you to take this matter very seriously.

Updated by The Shining Star I am a student although I have given them my work with full accuracy then also they gave me fake Q.C. report to extract money from me I am a student and I have no money to give them. Please help me. I just request you to take legal actions against them because yet they are not stoped running their fraud agency and searching needy and poor people on website like quickr.com to extract money from them although I have submitted my work to them before the time. The fake Q.C. report they are showing is as follows. They are not even a company they are a group of frauds to harrase and loot money from poor and needy people even in this difficult time of pendamic.

Hi,

I also received recently msg from them about work and after starting work I got to know they are fraud it's been 1day submission date is 7-Nov-20, I wanna cancel whts the next step I can do please suggest.

If you cancel they will start threatening you by giving the fake legal notices but I suggest you to cancel it and do not attained any calls of them and also block all the call and messages after taking screen shots of them also take the screen shot of those fake legal notices which they send you and with the help of the file an online F.I.R. for doing fraud for the extraction of money under Cyber Crime Police on https://www.cybercrime.gov.in and also complain about them on this consumer complaints.in

Respected sir/madame,
I got the job from elite services saying that I had to complete 1200 forms within 8 days. But as I am a student and already have a lot to study I quit the job on the 2nd day itself. Now after almost a month I am receiving calls and threats saying that I have to pay registration fees to them or they will take me to the court. Please help me. This company is fake and now I don't know what to do.

Block them from everywhere they can't di anything they are fraud so how they can take you to the court u can complain separately about them on this site this is my comment box you can only ask suggestions to me I can't help you because I am not an officer of this particular department.

Please report your near by cyber cell, i had same problem but after i reported to cyber cell of my near by area with all their phone no. and mail ...my all problem sloved ...
