Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd. — one tablet of Orofer Xt strip(10 tablets in a strip) was not in good condition

I bought a strip of Orofer XT some days ago. It is manufactured by Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Lane no: 3, Phase- II, SIDCO, Bari-Brahmana, Jammu- 181133, India. The details of the strip are: B.NO. is 16A15032, MFD. FEB, 2015, EXP. JAN, 2017, FOR 10 TABS M.R.P. Rs. 97.65 inclusive of all taxes. Yesterday[protected] when my mother was having her medicines, she found that the last tablet of that strip was not in good condition. though the exp date is jan, 2017, the condition of the tablet is very bad. It could be a life risk. I want to lodge a complaint to consumer forum court against Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and want compensation.

I bought some orofer capsule before one year but I have gone outside my city and forgot to take this capsules. When I came at my home and see the expiry date of orofer capsule is expired. So I kindly request you to change this 6 packets of orofer capsules. And it is in a good condition but the capsules are expired so I request you to change. I have also visited the medical store where I have purchased this capsules but they denied to change the capsules. My mobile no. is (+91)[protected] and my name is ADIL. I bought a strip of tablet. But when I opened it, tablet was damaged..So replace it immediately...I shared snap of it..
