EMeditek — No response for claim and raising quieries of no sense

I am having Jeevan Arogya from LIC for which now Emditek is the TPA I have been operated for ACL surgery with preapproval and cashless from another insurer. for the same claim under this plan, Emeditek is keep raising queries and after all reply they have not send any updates for two months now. I found one the most bogus people, rude and most unprofessional personas. they think all customers are here to make money out of the claim and no claim should be processed. LIC name is getting affected severely due to this idiotic TPA

I also had almost exactly same experience with Emeditek. We filed a claim as my dad was hospitalized for 7days for a severe surgery.

Now its been 11 months, replying their emails regarding stupid things like a narration of the accident, date of accident etc. The documents we have submitted have all these details. Customer care of Emeditek doesn't have any information why we are still not getting our medical money. I would NOT suggest anyone to buy the mediclaim policy from LIC.
