We have taken your broadband connection on 19/12/2018 and it is not working from the past 5 days and we registered as many as 4 complaints but they are not even responding to our complaints and they said that they have already closed our past complaints and its already been resolved. So they have registered a new complaint. We dont want your broadband connection anymore, so please tell us about your refund policy. We want our money back we are no longer interested in using gtpl anymore.
