I had taken mobile phone brand name MI4 from Emibazaar.com. the item ordered was suppose to be delivered by 10 to 15 days but not delivered within said period. the item amount has been already deducted from my credit card of HDFC. due to delayed service i cancelled the order. the call center of chennai had informed me that within 10 to 20 days my money will be refunded, but till date i have not received any money amount.
