Emibazaar.com — Ordered not delivered, please refund my money | |||
I submitted an online order in emi bazaar.com on 08.02.2015, the product code is E522 and the order ID is[protected]. The SMS I received mentioned the delivery of the product in 4 to 7 working days. i have also attached print shot of confirmation of order for your reference.It has been 10 days and I have not yet received any confirmation of even any shipment yet. The biggest problem is the customer care which only receives calls to place an order but when the service department is contacted, nobody pickups the calls.It seems that the website is complete fraud. I am also attaching the screenshot of the order status. Need this issue to be resolved and material delivered ASAP. The website is being run by Assan retail based in Chennai.
