Employees' State Insurance Corporation [Esic] — esic claim not received

I have submitted all original documents medical certificates, leave forms issued by the esic hospital, sanathnagar, hyderabad and issued by my area dispensary located in mangalghat, hyderabad in july 2019 at hyderabad. But till now i have not received any confirmation and claim id or acknowledgement from their end. How can i know my claim status and when should i receive my claim amount.

Hi, my mom went to the Ambattur ESI hospital for teeth pain. They provide u wanted tablets and medicine without any prescription.This is 4th time we are facing. If all peoples got same medicine for different diseases? Actually they are doing like that..every people got same medicine
