Sir, I am to say that i have been employed for nsso jaipur by g. A. Digital web world pvt. Ltd. No.1, hargobind enclave, vikas marg extn. New delhi. From 20th march 2019.in this regard my esi deduction was made by the company every month but it has not shown on esic portal and due to this the benefit of treatment could not be taken in esi hospital.
