My wife is a cardiac patient in SCI MT IN TRIVANDTRUM, she's need cath lab study, its expenditure is 15000 RS.there MRD section gave estimate certificate for adavance from esi.but my esi branch kottarakkara not give the advance.what i can do?

Esic refusing ivf facilty, before 7 month i submit my problem, and application for ivf treatment my wife, lastly esic refuse there is no ivf facility available, i went all officer, doctors, dean, head office of esic . But there are no response for ivf.

Amazing, esic self site published, rti also published ivf facilty available .
