Doctors prescriptions medicines but not available at Stores. stores staff not issued medicines. at Jeedimetla, and Sanathnagar hospitals. please arrange the medicines supply at the above stores

My friend name : prachit rathod last two day admit in Ahmedabad ESIC hospital and he was admit by emergency but last two day no any treatment by step to step.
senior doctor not available in ESIC hospital so no any decision so late treatment.
