sir,i m ashwani kumar was working with GTL limited a telecom company as a civil engineer through global innovsource in 2007june to june 2011. company made my full & final payments sheets in end of 2011.i accepted the settlement.but still i have not receive the payments.i call them so many times,but now i get harrashed about this matter .can anyone tell what is the law procedure against this big company,who is not able to pay employee fund.
