[Resolved]  Siemens Technology And Services Private Limited — Regarding PF Withdrawal.

I worked for Siemens Information Systems Limited, Bangalore from September 2006 to till October 2007. Prior to this I worked with 2 other employers. At the time of joining, I transferred IN all my PF savings to my account with SISL PF Trust. I left SISL in October 2007. I do not work now. I wanted to withdraw my PF Savings, so I sent the withdrawal forms to SISL, Bangalore 4 moths back.. The person in charge of EPF in SISL verified it and sent it to Siemens PF Trust in Gurgaon. He also updated me that the time limit for processing the claims is 90-120 days. Like EPFO, SISL PF Trust does not provide any facility to check the status online. After 3 months, I called the PF Trust team in Gurgaon to check the status. Mr.Umesh K Goswami of SISL PF Trust team updated me with false information multiple times in the past few weeks. Having told me that, my claim would be settled in 1-2 days several times in the weeks prior to that, PF Trust team replied to my email sent on 13th September, that it will be settled in 10-12 days. But it has not happened till now. It is 4 months since I've submitted my withdrawal claim forms. I have no idea why I was updated with false information multiple times. I left SISL 6 years back and much of my PF savings, come from my jobs prior to joining SISL . How to get my PF savings back from this PF Trust ?
