Hi Team, I am Vimal Kumar Thakur. some issu facing your side Last 2year.some reason his last my company name is Verex. and my esic No.[protected] not received this card. and now left this company.now my current company Ams Comtel in this company my Esic no:[protected].also not received my company.my HR told vist nearist Esic Office, so finaly visit your office G-118, sector-09, noida, 201301but there looked this office not mentained any Recoards and your Empolyee Name.Ahmad told me go to the other esic office.sector-57, noida, there some lady staff told agin visit sector-09, noida office this cardthis place.both address visit but not reciving cardkindly help.
