request for please recruit new staff at Rajkot esic dispensary

My father was many time go to ESIC for showing weakness and solution for that but due to proper doctor not available always ignore my father and suggest to go for another government hospital

I deposited a membership fee of Rs 25570/- on 22/9/2016. Same day I made a request for cancelation of membership. They ensure me the refund will be done in next 48 days. But its already been 60 days still I have not received my refund of 25570 /- Please refund my amount.
