Employementindia.com — Fraud committed by employement india.com to mr raghavendra and forcing me to take back the complaint.

My name is b m raghavendra, i made payment to employement india on[protected]. Mr.Kamlesh, aditya and ramesh kumar has promised me that the amount will be refunded.

But still now no response is being received from your team, so, now i want to complaint against the company in the police station and also in the court of law as my uncle is high court lawyer in hyderabad.

I am following vigorously and my family needs me and i was starving of food and playing with an jobless guy is too sad.

Finally, what i would like to say is to refund the amount, if you will revert with in 24 hours, i will take necessary action on you upto any extent,

So, i urge you, please revert immediately.

My daughter has been hospatilased, i need funds, as per your suggestion i paid 2500.00 on 23/01/2016 as you said the amount will be credited to me with in 3 hours. But still now the amount has been not credited.

When i was calling, no one is responding and if any thing happens to my daughter i will go to court of law and you have to answer for that. I was also filing a dispute in the court of hyderabad and you have to be answerable.

While i was calling, no one is responding nor refunding the paid amount. As my daughter health is not in good condition and i begged for my fund several times.

I called the company several times in a day and they are not picking up my phone but while i was calling from alternate no, they picked me and giving explanations as there is problem in gateway system.


This is the final reminder and i was filing a case in the court of law and going to file a case in police station, tanuku.

After lodging the complaint, the team called me asking me to return the complaint and mr.N deepak called from mobile no:[protected] is forcing me to provide the bank deatils such as debit card no, expiry date and cvv no(Whish is highly confidential) and when i was not provided the details, they said we will not refund the amount and do whatever you want.

I have not still received any reply nor refunded my amount, the team is asking to share my ac details and cvv no(Which is confidential).

So, request you escalate the matter to the superiors.
