I worked for jabong.com Jan 2012 - May 2012, However I submitted the PF withdrawal form on Jan31st 2013, A/c Number HR/GGN/32062/187, I was informed by Jabong HR that the same will be processed in 60-70 days, however today on june 13th, its been around 130-135 days, I still haven't recieved my PF amount, the online claim statuts shows the following (no record found) STATUS for Member ID: GNGGN[protected] * * No record found * * Data available since last six months. * * * * GURGAON data availaible from[protected]. We would like to inform you that our concerned team had submitted his form to the PF office in April, 2013 itself. However It got rejected since the name was not mentioned on the cancelled cheque provided for withdrawal. Thus below are few things which you can do -
1. Provide the team with a fresh Cancelled cheque with details.
2. Or Self -attested Account statement having IFCI code
3. Or Self- attested photocopy of Bank passbook having IFCI code.
4. Or submit the same himself at the PF office.
