I have been working with RK Wordwiz from 2011 and I never faced these issues. Yes, they are very professional, and adhere to system. The one who tries to undisciplined, I guess RK Wordwiz will not suit them. They pay right on time and this is what I experience for last 5 years and half.
Utter crap allegation and they must had burnol time with their horrible attitude. RK Wordwiz is one of the steady best ever start ups in Kolkata. I am working here since 2013 and the stability and working atmosphere of the house is wonderful.
Sorry it is 2011 I am working from and fortunately I hold the first employee code. Its the best house.
This is absolute lie about RKWordwiz. I am happy being a part of this firm for last 3 years. The management is very good and absolutely good pay master. Do not go by propaganda message, unless you work you would not understand the best part of this company.

I know the owners from early 2000s, and recommended my niece to work with them. the experience was real bad. If you find Shreyasi recommending, then you know she doesn't work from office. this girl Madhuki Roy is a paid bimbo(pardon my language). The owners always laugh about her, as she has no intellect, and will do whatever the boss says.

Both of them have no experience of working in a standard company, and this is the very reason why they are the ones who is still with the company.
guys get an idea about the normal targets and then you can brag about the company.

And people, if you want to start off your career, there are a ton of companies, which will offer you a good environment and professional approach.

I have worked with the company for sometime long back in 2010-11. They are not bad people, they are professionals, however if you cannot handle pressure they give options of working on part-time basis. Payment is not a problem for those who work and do not lie to the Boss, however it is a fun environment where every topic is shared for both de-stressing and for meeting the demand of content. Don't complain for the sake of complaining. Principles differ and there are many companies that will give you job in content writing in Kolkata.

The boss and his accomplice always have good laugh about the employee, madhuki, who is in love with the boss, and can do anything for him. Because she can write more than 12000 words per day.

The boss does not know how to behave with the employees. It is normal that the employees often get scolded, but in this company, the scolding takes a different level.
They never takes the side of the employee, even if she is right and the client is wrong, making it unprofessional environment to work.
Kindly do not go there. There are plenty of companies available in the market, which will not treat you like a trash, and give you the respect you deserve.
