I have paid 857.27 USD (visa process fee) + 3540 INR as the fees, but they haven't provided any kind of service to me. They have provided me an agreement and even according to that, they should refund me the full amount if they didn't provide me a service. They theft my money and didn’t' provide any service to me. I sent several emails to person who called Shivani (shivani.[protected]@gmail.com) +91 [protected], [protected]@enhancesvisaimmigration.com, and Monika (+91 [protected]) but I didn't get my money back. I'm from Sri Lanka and I'm really shame about these kinds of people who act like these. This is the first time I had to involve with an Indian company and now I will have to think many times before do anything with Indian companies or people.
I can provide all documents and receipts that they provided to me, If some responsible government or responsible party whose work on this matter.
I want my money back and if there any good people in India please help me to get my money back.
