Hi Sir/Madam,
I have started registering for NPS account on 9th March, 2024. I continued its registration on 10th March. At payment, it failed. I tried to re-login using the PAN, mobile number and email id, but it showed the following message - "The response from the payment getway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you wait for the retry of the payment process for registration in NPS #".
I tried calling the contact details and mailed on grievance portal. Kindly look into the issue.
