I gave my two months zte nubia z9 mini for service for blockage of sites like google and youtube on mobile data. My order no is sdb/zm/16/00032 on 03 may 2016. They said they will check the problem and get back, no response given for a week and i went to enquire, they said the motherboard had to be replace and it may take months to get it from the company, so after a month later i went and they gave me the mobile that was not the one i gave it to them, on asking, they said there is mistake and asked me to come a week later then after a week again i went they said its not ready and they will call me and after more than three months they gave another mobile fully damaged one which was not mine, upon asking they say that they will check and call back again. This is never ending i want my actual mobile back which i gave it to them
