InnoPark (India) Pvt Ltd — Fraud in payouts

WITH A HOPE THAT I WILL GET JUSTICE, I AM LAUNCHING A COMPLAINT. I AM SURESH RESIDENT OF ONGOLE RECENTLY OPENED AN ACCOUNT IN A RUMMY SITE NAMING WWW.CLASSIC RUMMY.COM. RECENTLY FEW DAYS BACK I HAD DEPOSITED RS 600 IN THE SITE AND PLAYED FOR REAL CASH AND KEPT A PAYOUT OF RS 1500 ON SOME DATE. TILL NOW I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. MY ID IN CLASSIC RUMMY IS SURI269. THIS IS ONLY TO INFORM YOU THAT I AM TELLING TRUTH AND U PEOPLE CAN UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM. WHEN I CALL TO THE SUPPORT TEAM AT HYDERABAD THEY ARE JUST LAGGING THE DATES AND DAYS ARE PASSING AND I AM LOOSING MY HOPE THAT I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK. THE PEOPLE ARE LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT MY ISSUE AND A MEMBER FROM THE CLASSIC RUMMY NAMED INDU HAD OPENLY CHALLENGED ME TO LAUNCH A COMPLAINT WHOMEVER I WANT. Hi Suresh babu,

As per your comments when we cross verify with our database we found that you have placed request for withdrawal on 27th august.
On Sept 4th 2013 your withdrawal have been processed for rs.900 and on sept 10th 2013 for rs.600. Total Amount 900+600=1500
On Sept 16th 2013 you have called us and request to change your account number. Up on your request we have updated your account number from SBO14236 to 01004236. On Sept 20th you have called to inform that your amount have not got transferred to your account as you can't get the statement as the bank account you have provided is from your home town. So up on your complaint we have again re-transferred your amount (rs.1500) to the account number which have provided (updated one) on sept 25th 2013. but that account too did not work out which we have got in our missing payouts list on sept 25th 2013. We have tried to transfer your amount twice but it failed. Because of this reason we have credited rs.1500 to your classic rummy account as per your request on sept 27th 2013.
As per your comments mentioned above we do not have any one with the name INDU.

Request you please cross check your account numbers which you have provided(mentioned above) to clarify all your queries and to avoid such situations.
