Good morning sir this is girish chander. My uan no[protected]. Sir i regine from my job 31/1/2018 due to my family problem. Sir after completing 60 days i went to submit pf form in pf office they told now pf form will not accept here.. You may apply directly online. So i ask to my employer about this then he said ok you may apply online. I don't know which option i have to choose so bymistaken i choosed form (31 non receipt 2months wages) after few days i ask my employer about this then he told you chosen wrong form. Then he told me for finel satalment fill form 10c n 19 i claimed again form 10c/19 but sir my pf status showing status not available. Sir plz forgive me for my mistake n plz accept my pf claim form for finel satalment. I'm in problem i need money urgently. My wife is pregnant. I hope you ignore my this mistake.
