I think Epson Not Interested in Customer Problem. many time i m facing service problem, but company not listen me. according to company, company & its Engineers Always Right.

I have got a worst experience from Epson customer care([protected]), Spoken to executive about my complaint for L110 printer. Executive has transferred call to Tanvi who was not there to resolve my problem but was there to order us. According to Epson their engineers are ALWAYS RIGHT they are not bothered about the customer who is facing problem because of the 3rd party engineers. Our printer serial no. s3uk055039 is not working since a month. When we called CC they said that your complaint was registered on 1st September & which was resolved according to their engineer but the problem remains same & the surprising thing is that "that they do not have any call tagging through customer care in between 1st September and 29th September, however we are just waiting for resolution, even though Ms. Tanvi from escalation desk was becoming rude on call. I think Epson is not interested in customer problem. Lot of consumers are complaining about the customer care but company is not bothered. Even this company has not mentioned any email id on Indian website to contact in writing. I have the recording of the call which I made today. On 1st September's complaint Engineer visited on 4th September, he asked to check printer after 2 hrs, when it was a closing time of our school. We checked and reported to the customer care that the problem is not solved yet(Ccare do not have any call record regarding same) again another engineer visited directly on 30th of September and replaced the part, today is 5th October and when we have called customer care to report same, Indirectly Tanvi was not bothered about the concern but was getting stick to the words that we have called on 1st september and then called on 29th september, but we have informed customer care that the problem is not solved and that after the visit of an engineer on 4th September, which the customer care doesn't have any record/tagging. Again wondered. Epson if you really want to make a good market in India then train your executives to handle Indian customer.
