Epson India — Order #[protected] received damaged)

I purchased this printer EcoTank L14150 SKU: C11CH96503 on the Epson website. It arrived, and I emailed support for an installation : No reply. I managed to call the Chennai office and got a number . The installation engineer called his seniors ( the product was damaged on transport) .
I called many times (toll free) : nothing
e-mailed the following :
epson.[protected]@ndslindia.com, [protected]@eid.epson.co.in, [protected]@eid.epson.co.in, [protected]@epson-india.in, [protected]@eid.epson.co.in, [protected]@epson.co.in, [protected]@epson.co.in

Not one answer from these Epson officials .
I am supposed to receive the replacement. And not a single answer from any of these professionals .
