My epson printer has a manufacturing defect with its wifi, which malfunctions every now and then. I have registered more than 10 complaints regarding the same, but no permanent solution has been offered till date.
In the past 11 months, the printer remained out of order for more than 5 months. The solution was offered on makeshift arrangements and false promises by the service centre. I am utterly dissatisfied with the services and the product. There were situations when the complaint was not attended to for more than 7 days. I was suggested by the engineer not to call the service centre in case the printer malfunctions again, which I did a few times but later I came to know that was simply to put off the radar of the company and the service centre wants to save its skin.
Apart from the issue of wifi, paper jamming has been constant, but all never reached attentive ears.
Please be informed that the latest complaint that I registered on 27 January has not been resolved.
Today, after a long period of dismay, I am writing to request that you replace this faulty product or issue me a full refund.
I hope the company of your repute would take appropriate action at the earliest and I would not be compelled to seek legal assistance.
