It was assured that after payment, call shall be closed within 1 month. Now it's more than 1.5 month we are continuously following up with the service center. They are replying since parts are not available they will serve us as soon as they receive the same. Are these parts so critical to arrange for authorized service center? Due to service providers negligence we are expending near about 3000/- inr per day for our copy & print requirement.
