We would like to inform you that when ever we give our printer for servicing for particular problem they check the printer and register the complain.
Then they call us next day that in your printer this problem and that problem and they give you 3 4 problems list And a big amount. This happened every time whenever we give printer to your service center in Nagpur. ( Address:The Service, Behind Hitavada, Dhantoli Nagpur.

We have log the complain that paper stuck when we give print. And we have checked them that all the other function are working properly. Now our scanner is not working they are telling us that wire is damage it will charge Rs800/- So please tell me how suddenly wire is damage when it is working properly at the time when we have given for servicing.
So i request you to take strong action and we want our printer in same condition as we have given.
Product : Epson Printer L210 A very good product but due to very bad service this product become our headeak.
