Eshoppie — fake product of shoes

I have ordered 3 pairs of shoes but when j received the package they are totallly different compared to the pictures shown in eshoppie.in i need a refund of my money immediately this is fraud the company web site shows products which are different and the product which i received is cheap not even worth 200 rupees i paid 1800 for pair of 3 shoes but they are not worth that much money and the company is selling fake products completely i need this to be addressed asap and want a refund asap
