[Resolved]  ESIC — Esic Dispensary In charge person not to delay for the special medicines to patients

Seizure Disorder Patient My Dispensary Moulali Dispensary in Nacharam
Procedure Taking appointment consulting doctor medicine slip+Eligibility certificate+Form-37+Esi Card every month submitting in Dispensary but the dispensary special medicine issue in charge persons not issuing medicine on time
Please take neccesary action to cooperate the patients to receive the medicine on Time
(Same MG Dose to be supply overdose Medicine can cause patients inconvenience)

We hope that the complaint forum should clear the issue at earliest.
