ESIC — Najafgarh dispensary is not giving medicines

Dear Sir, My name is Hari Kumar and I am working in Kanu Exports and is insured vide ESIC No.[protected] under Najafgarh dispensary. That I am suffering from acute kidney problem since last 2 years and was prescribed some medicines by the doctor. But the dispensary in charge is not giving medicines to me and also harassing me. It is to further inform you that I can not survive even a single day without medicine. In case any thing wrong happen to me, the sole responsibility will be on ESIC and its dispensary in charges Mr. Swaraj Hence I would request your good self to look in the matter and instruct the concerned dispensary to give medicine to immediately.
