ESIC — need 3 or more docters for patients in sundays

I am suresh from puzhal chennai 600066 my ip no [protected] i regula ly going puzhal dispensary. IN Sundays lots of people comng there. But enough doctors is not there so the peoples. And doctors are affected in time delayed computer system is not working faster docters and staffs cant able to handle the crowd in sundays. I collect 75 signatures from patients and esi card holders and forward request with signatures to esi officials in chennai so we need more docters in sundays we are working peoples we cant go in week days.
