ESIC — Not Getting Pahchan card

Dear Sir, With due respect of your reply I have to inform you that from my receipt no 18513 dated 24/06/2013 to till date there is no positive reply to get my smart card ([protected]) from ESIC LO SALTLAKE. Please inform me how many years I have to wait for a simple smart card issue??? We called several times to saltlake ESIC LO but no positive reply from their end. I visited several times and remind for the same but no fruitful results come till date.. Please inform me that, how many years I have to wait for a simple issue. If any positivity of this regards please inform me as early as possible otherwise I have to go consumer forum, TV reporters to lodge complaints against your service, because I cannot utilize ESIC facility but pay for the same, I think that is one type of wastage of money and for this regards I have to go for a legal step against your service grievance.
