Hello sir, The salon had earlier 3 & now 2 branches in ahmedabad having a staff of around 30 ppl.this salon owner -Nikunj Patel-does the professional tax dedction from everyone's salary but provide no benefits of esic, pf, sick leave, casual leaves or paid leaves.And even doesn't provide overtime salary when most of the staff works for around 11 to 12 hrs per day.Doesnt maintain proper attendance register to hide his acts.Please start inquiry in this matter at the earliest.
