[Resolved]  ESIC — regarding payment of my esi bills

i am an esi card holder..the payment of my treatment which was done in december 2011 is not made till now..it has been several times that i had visited the esic hospital situated in sarvodaya nagar, kanpur but the doctors are not giving any response..my ip no is [protected]..please tell me that what should i do to receive the payment as fast as it is possible..

dear sir to complain about esic office guru ravidaas public school samalkha pin-132101 he is not open between 5pm to 7 pm mezhe aaj 4 din ho gye h har roz esic ofiice 5pm se 7pm ke beech band milta h kripya iska solution kijiye

maximum time is server down pls be improve

Dear sir Please be improve @ mehrouli kishan garh esi dispancery has been down server maximum time . i am return back many times without medicion. This is a very bad service of ESI. Regard Brajesh Mehrouli
