[Resolved]  ESIC Satpur Nashik — Reimbursement of medical bill submitted at 13/09/2012

Dear Sir,
I have furnished a claim with ESIC Nashik Road Office on 13/09/2012 my name Ravindra Rambhau Gaidhani ESIC Card No [protected] Branch Office Satpur Nashik. I have submitted all document for above claim. But from last 17 month I regular followed to ESIC office but till date they have pass 10000/- amount but not realise the payment.
I also submitted my bank details for realise payment after 2 month
