ESIC — service complaint

Hi my name is Sajid Patel and I working with first source Munbai. every month big amount is been deducted from my salary and we are not getting any kind of service from the ESIC hospitals... I jus want to say that if you take money from our salary every month then provide us better services.. otherwise stop deducting money every month... pls look into my complain asap and I expect a reply...
