ESIC — Treatment not give

Dear Sir, I have need your sympathy ( Help ) I have ESIC card holder Last Two & half years. suddenly know by U/S KUB that i have 10 mm stone in both kidney & upper Ureter. so i had going in ESIC hospital Manesar in surgary deptt. doctor give me one week medicin but no relif them. after one week doctor tele do urea & creatine test. ESIC lab take time one week in this report eles out side only two hrs for this report. and out side doctors said me, you have need just opprate of stoe by uretrosocopy, if not opprate on urgent base your both kidney will damage, but esic manesar surgry doctor not understand my problem & he will not refral in esic tie-up hospital for urlogist he said me that have not time for my refral & said me take pain killer Tblt. & as per KFT my urea & creatine are increase. for it i have many rounded to esic hospital but not care do not care by illnes ( I have already two U/S KUB in out side on our expenses ) So i have request to you pls save future & my life.
