Essar Petrol Pump — Misbehave/abusive language used by employees

I am regular customer of essar pump, I like to preffer essar pump for filling every time, but today I am very disappointed because essar pump employees insult me and talk like don, they are theft petrol on the offers of company, they do not give offer benifits to consumers . Kindly take necessary action against them.
