Essar Petrol Pump — tips they charged while using debit card

I have visited essar bunk, kovilpalayam to karuvalur road, coimbatore tamilnadu. And poor diesel for 2400. I came to know that they have charged Rs.24.70/- without my knowledge as tips. I need the justification.
