Dear Essar team, My name is santosh Ramchandra tambe staying in village mhapral bandarwadi, taluka mandangad, district Ratnagiri. this is to inform you that we had purchased metal sheet of ESSORS ROOFTOP SHED 0.5 MM in 2015 bought from village mangaon with 50 years warranty but now day it become rusty rooftop within 6years. i request you to take necessary action on it and replaced that metal sheets as earliest on priority. I Had purchased profile sheets for roofing from NANA Sales of Virar East in The month of August- 2020 . The said invoice is enclosed herewith. I have fixed it on my slopping roof at the farm house at Village Bhatane Taluka Vasai Dist Palghar . Within four months it started corroding. The dealer has claimed that it is guaranteed for minimum five years, at the time of the sales .
I request you to get it inspected and examined.
It appears that I have been cheated with either defective sheets or duplicate ones. Please let me know who is responsible for this, so that i will take appropriate steps
