Estillo Furnitures — Dining table

I had bought a tailor made dining table from Estillo Furnitures from Ice Skating Ring fair on 2nd july 2023. I had ordered for an top of 54x32 inches top and base shorter by 1 inch on all side. The person taking the order misunderstood and changed the same to 56 inches keeping the base same. I called them up on 6th July and requested them to change the same and make the base to 54x32 inch but they completely denied to do the same siting reason that since it is already written on the challan they will not be able to change as it is signed by me. I called them 2-3 times more and requested for the change but they were very rude and did not pay any heed to me. But as per the challan they were supposed to deliver the same by 20-25 days but even after one month they are still not ready with the product and asking for more time. Since they can keep their words for delivery as per their contaract I demand cancellation of the order and refund of the advance.
