[Resolved]  Estillo Furniture — Miss-selling, service issue & abusing

Dear All,

This is to inform you that I have brought a Bedroom set package from Estilo furniture ( Outpace Furniture P Ltd), Hiland Park branch, kolkata on 24/09/2013 & the price is Rs 101500. At the time of brought the furniture they have assured me that i will get 5 years service warranty & it"s written in the bill also. Within a month, i noticed that they have used complete damaged lamination in the dressing table & due to this lamination destroying day by day. It's like a Chinese paper.I was following up with them for last 15 days for repairing/ replacing of my dressing table. whenever I called up for service they take the appointment but don"t turned up. One of their sales person called Mr Raj Saha, started busing my wife when she called up for service issue today.I called up then & asked him why he is abusing my wife & using slung languages. He cleared me that they are not going to service/replace the dressing table. Finally, when i have threaten him that i shall make a police complaint for service issue & abusing my wife over the phone, His replies is that I can do whatever i feel like they are not bothered & he says he will come to my hosue & beat me if I make a police complaint. This is very serious issue & I need your advice on this.
