Ethnicdukan — Product return denied saying it is the same product I ordered

Hi i have ordered a saree in this website and requested for COD as i doubt the website. I have received the product and the delivery said that I can’t open the product without paying the amount and he told that there is a return option also available for this website. I’m so desperate to have this saree and paid the amount. But my bad I received some kind of cloth which looks like a curtain cloth and it no where matches the one in the photo they have shown in the product. When i tried to mail for multiple times and shared the photos of both the one in the website and the one which I received they told me that it is the same product that I ordered and I can’t place a return for that product. Plz resolve this issue. Even after me mailing multiple times they are saying that the products are same.
