Ethnicdukan — Saree poor quality.Return denied

I ordered a saree, but the saree i recieved is far different than what i have ordered, the quality of the saree is too poor. when i asked for return, they are denying. Worst customer service, not answering properly, after frequent mails, got reply that both sarees are same.i here attached both ordered and received sarees.My order number is 16477.
