My family Have travelled on last Sunday 27/06/2015 from CapeTown To chennai and their Booking Code: FTQNFO. I have requested for Wheel Chair for throughout the Journey. But my family have received the wheel chair till Johannesburg by SA Airlines. Etihad Refused provided the wheel chair in Abu Dhabi, My wife Gayathri Bai Requeted the wheel chair to Air Hostesses but they have refused to provide the wheel chair, She had the printout of the confirmation mail which you Etihad Airlines sent to me. Then What the ________ you have provided the wheel chair confirmation to me. In Last one year me and my family member have travelled 5 times with etihad. Go forward I'm not opt for etihad airlines. my Family member have struggled a lot to catch the another flight in Abu Dhabi EY8704 on 28/06/2015. Your Services is Very Very bad and poor when compared with emirates. Etihad Air hostesses have very bad attitude in treating the Customers especially my Wife (GAYATHRI BAI) After Showing the printout of wheel chair mail confirmation they have not provided the wheel chair to my family.
