In consultation with Mr Kaushal, I booked a ticket from New Delhi to Glasgow (UK) on 5th May, I was told that the payment was a failure. After I informed him, the payment showed a success on my end then I was informed to wait for a couple days (portal will clear the payment and the ticket will be sent to me). On 12th May, I was informed that this payment (Rs. 68, 340.00) was a failure and the reversal will be done in 7 days. Until today (6th June), no payment reversal. I did multiple follow-up and he kept giving me a run around with no solution. Even, I asked for a transaction number and the screenshot in context to the follow-up he is doing for the payment reversal, i was never provided that and now, he is not responding to calls and messages.
