[Resolved]  Eviano Digital SL — Cannot get a response or a refund

I subscribed to an offer of $1.00 for 72hours unlimited subscription and then the monthly charge of $35.90 was meant to come out one month later. When I checked my bank account the next day I had been charged for both the $1.00 and $35.90 so I cancelled the subscription and sent an email. That was on the 23rd of October and it is now the 2nd of December and I am still waiting. All I have received is an automated response saying I will be contacted within five buisness days. Needless to say I have sent several emails in the mean time. All I want is my money back as this is not how the offer is explained on the website. This company is appearing to be more like a fraud every day.
