As per attached invoices and receipts proper furniture (except dining table) mentioned in order acknowledgement (attached) not received in good condition without damages till date inspite of regular telephonic calls made to Mr. Anil, Mr. Bhupendra, Mr Naresh Bhati(Head Office) Mobile No. and Whatsupp No. [protected] and Mr. Ghanshyam (head Office) Mobile No. [protected] from order booking date to till date. Mr. Anil refuse to accept any complain and given the mobile no. of Mr. Ghanshyam and asked to talk to him only.I called to Mr. Ghyanshyam he said that he suffer from illness and when he would become normal then he certainly solved my problem but all in vain till date. Meanwhile my son suffered from Dengue fever so that we were busy in that affair.It is extremely sorry to say inspite of complaining to each of above responsible senior executive of M/s EVOK Company none of them bother to solve my problem.I alongwith my wife visited on[protected] at EVOK Showroom for purchase of sofa set and dining table set. We finalized Travis model sofa set light blue colour and 6 seater dining table and 6 chairs and paid Rs. 20000/- immediately to lock our requirements as per availability confirmation by Mr. Anil and Mr. Bhupendra at their store and said that they will deliver furnitures on next day. On next day when i enquire from Anil then he said that come to my showroom and pay atleast 50% of order value. I visited immediately to showroom and paid Rs. 35000/- in cash to him.Mr. Anil committed to deliver furnitures in next 15 days but Date[protected] no communication made by anyone regarding my delivery. Then i called to Mr. Anil he said that you have to pay full amount then only delivery will be made. I asked that i will sincerely pay at home after delivery immediately but he refused to deliver furnitures.So i rushed to showroom again and paid balance amount. Up to date[protected] i paid full and final amount. On next date company send damaged sofa set with different colour(Grey colour) and damaged in condition.Dining table set also differ from actual colour finalised at Showroom and damaged in condition.All photos shares with Mr. Anil on his whatsupp no. and written in text to him. Then Mr. Anil asked that please kept these furniture till new fresh delivery come from his Bahadurgarh unit.He also said that you may write these things on origional invoices. I written above conditions on origional invoice and delivery staff carried origional invoices of both and said that fresh original invoices would be given to you on fresh delivery. After delivery by hook or crook Mr. Anil forget deliberately to pick my call and my wife call. i given many reminders through wahtsupp to Mr. Anil and Mr. Bhupendra both but none of them bother to tell about status of my actual delivery.Meanwhile when both of them refused deliberately my calls then i approach to Hindware(M/S Evok ) head office. There Mr. Naresh Bhati contacted to me about my complain and asked to send all documents on his whatsupp no. He assured to help in next couple of days but he never help and always made tricks as He is out of his office or he says Mr. Trivedi is also belongs to Lucknow and i would resolve your problem through him. But all in vain. Here Mr. Anil and Bhupendra misbehaved with me and my wife as since we made complaint at Head office then only headoffice would resolve my case. They could not do nothing to resolve my problem.Then after begging mercy Mr. Anil committed to deliver furniture up to[protected] but furniture not received on committed date nor informed by anyone. Ultimately on regular and continuous followup furniture at last deliver on[protected] and requested by delivery staff to please keep this product by emotionally blackmailing. Delivery staff was so hurry to install and in anyway wants to ultimately deliver this product. After installation in hurry delivery and installation staff run off from site by saying they were going to delivery vehicle to carry another piece. But all staff went off without giving original invoices and without taking signature on satisfactory delivery and installation in good condition inspite of this prolong tug of war situation from M/s Evok .Till date Mr. Anil or His ASM Mr. Bhupendra not resolved my problem by delivering furitures in good condition.Present Sofa set is not up to the mark and swallowed and indented and cover torn off at one place. Beneath the sofa is also not good. All this Mr. Anil well know and he committed to either delivery of correct products or refund of my money. But till never money refunded nor damage free product delivered.
I request again as sincere customer kindly resolve my problem earliest otherwise i force to approach other legal alternative channel to get justice and value of my hard earned money. All concerned documents attached with this email. All whatsupp communication is also kept safely with me in case of requirement by any higer authority of M/s Hindware or M/S EVOK or M/s Castle furniture.IN.
